Happy Thanksgiving! We are blessed with health, happiness, and love from all our family and friends. Alex started rice cereal on 11/14 and solid foods last night. We selected sweet potato in honor of thanksgiving. He seemed to really like it and loves sitting in his high chair!! Alex had a 6 mo check up Tuesday, his current stats are: 17lbs, 17 1/4" long. 79% height, 42% weight.

High Chair!

1st meal - rice cereal!

hurray, he likes it!

Alex had a good week. He started rice cereal and sat up in his high chair. He's loving jumping in his jumperoo ... we have to pull him out after 45 minutes to rest his little legs.

End of October

he's trying to sit up / suck on his toes
I have learned a big, puffy turtle costume was NOT the best choice for Alex's 1st Halloween. He did not like being it it or us taking pictures of him, while he was in it. He had the costume on for 30 minutes, maybe... oh well.

Wow time sure passes by quickly. Alex is 5 1/2 months old already. It was a BUSY week!! We had a visit to the pumpkin patch and a party at Gymboree. Plus the weather cooled off a bit so we could break out his warmer weather clothes.
